[TowerTalk] C-3S and TS850S ant tuner

Folks:

     I'm looking at a paper copy of F12's web page from 15 Feb 98.  It
introduces the WARC-7 and C-3SS.  The latter's specs read, "The directivity
on 12 meters is the same as 20-15-10.  On 17 mtrs, the 15 reflector acts
like a director and the directivity is the opposite direction."

     Apparently, only the C-3SS showed that reversal in its specs.
