[TowerTalk] What a multiband vertical?

Hi there,

I tested many multiband vertical antennas with disappointing
results so I am looking for advice to a vertical which may
meet my needs:

1. Bands 40-30-20-17-15-12-10 metres, no need of a tuner

2. It should be tunable to CW portions of the band (why they
   are all tuning their products to high SSB ?)
   
3. It should whitstand full legal power (1500 W) for nearly 
   unlimited time on ANY of above mentioned band (traps 
   frequently burning out on many types)   
   
4. Solid rugged construction, no gimmicks, good fabrication

5. Quality materials with good climate properties should be 
   used

6. I do not need "half wave no radial" one, it should use
   usual radials
   
7. It should have roof mounting capability (no ground standing
   ones like 18HT)
