There are 2 options that I know of:
1. Use an old PL259 with a short length of coax still attached and 
tape/protect as your other connections.
2. A screw on weather proof connector is made for specifically for 
SO239s.  Basically a screw on cap (same threads as a PL259) 
with a rubber gasket inside.  Any place (like Mouser, etc) probably 
sells them.
