[TowerTalk] SO-239 covers

At Dayton last year, there was a company selling machined end caps for the
SO-239s.  They are machined and fairly nice quality.  While they fit tight
and snug up good, I figured that I would cut a small rubber seal to fit in
the end to seal off any chance of moisture.  Can't remember who it was
selling them, but they were inexpensive, think I paid a buck for 2 of them.
Maybe RF Connections?
