[TowerTalk] Removing broken bolts

Another trick; after drilling a small hole right down the middle,
drill a larger hole with a left hand bit. If the area has been
prepped with penetrating oil, the heat from drilling will often
draw more oil in and sometimes you get lucky and the left hand bit
will turn the bolt right out. Use only sharp bits.
