[TowerTalk] Dipoles on rotating tubular tower?

US Tower's catalog states that the IV-16 arm "Cannot be used with the MARB
rotor base."  As I read it, there is no way to attach a dipole to the top of
one of their towers if the whole tower is being rotated.
