[TowerTalk] EPA/RF Field

I'm told there is a web site where you can fill out various blanks about
your station/antenna/property situation and receive a "rating" or
something similar for rf radiation hazard.  Does someone know of this
site and have the url they could send me?  A friend has moved "to the
city" and is needing the info.
