[TowerTalk] Portable Towers

Does anyone have any expirience using any type of portable towers? My club is 
investigating the possible construction of a tower on a trailer for FD, 
emergency and portable use. I have seen such setups used commercially in the 
cellular phone industry and wonder if any clubs have them. 

I would be most interested in any plans or drwings that might be available.
