[TowerTalk] Clarify T2X capacitor at tower

Good morning

I've been reading recent posts and searching the archives on locating
the motor cap for a T2X at the tower instead of in the controller, thus
saving two conductors in the cable. Just looking for confirmation - the
best I can glean is that the cap is across pins 4 and 8 on the T2X. Is
that right? Any other suggestions?
