[TowerTalk] recableing a Wilson rotatable tower

Hi Bill,
How many sections?  I have done the TT-45 which is only two sections without 
taking it down.  You have to be able to reach inside the bottom and get to 
the bolt that secures the cable.  If it's 3 or more sections you have to lay 
the tower over and remove the top caps and then remove the sections.  On the 
rotating US Towers they have a cap on the bottom which does not allow you to 
get inside to reach the bolt.  You have to lay thew tower over and again 
remove the top caps and sections.
