[TowerTalk] 3/8" EHS Philystran equivalent?

Guys,

Anybody know the philystran equivalent for 3/8"
EHS guy materials specified for numerous rohn 25
installations.

I see philystran comes in 1200,2100, 4000 and up
sizes.  Cost skyrockets as you go to higher rated
stuff.
