      NO - in fact it's way UNDERKILL. Where's your Rohn book? The factory 
spec calls for 5'9" x 5'9" x 4' for 4.9 cubic yards of concrete. Your hole 
will have 2 yards. This is a big violation of the LXC Prime Directive to "DO 
what the manufacturer says".

      You don't need any sand or gravel for drainage at the bottom. There's 
nothing to drain.
