A bit off the topic of Towers,

Well, I just made a phone call to Ameritron, the guy was very friendly and 
nice. I explained to him the "predicament" I was in, and told him about my 
two emails, and he said that they never got to Ameritron. MFJ apparently 
manages their email stuff also.


I guess in this electronic age, you still have to talk to the right human 
to get things done..

So, he told me that I should expect it in about a week, and if I didn't get 
it to call Ameritron again and
it would work..

GL and see you this fall on the air!

look for me from Northern Ill. Univ as W9NIU for the ARRL 10M contest (if 
final tests permit)
