[TowerTalk] Ham IV wedge delay

Hi guys,

There is an after market device to attach to the Ham IV control box that 
allows a time delay before the wedge brake engages.  This prevents the 
wedge brake from engaging before the rotor has stopped turning--thus 
preventing damage.
