[TowerTalk] aluminum mast

7075-T6 must be special made in Arizona (according to Tull Metals).  Its for
use in the space program and HD industrial applications.   I found this out
when buying parts for the Mexican Space Program as the University of Mexico
(UNAM) UNAMSAT30.  Its just luck if the have some in stock.
