[TowerTalk] Tower proximity alarms

TT'ians:

     How 'bout anti-climb sections at the tower bases, and, maybe, barbed
wire wrapped around the lower X feet of the metallic guys?  Is this adeaute
due-diligence against trespass and attractive nuisance?  Why go through all
the expense just to PROVE on tape that someone is an idiot?
