[TowerTalk] LMR-400&LMR200 PL259 PLUGS

I am interested to know if LMR400 and LMR200 could be used with normal
PL259, say for example the PL259 by Amphenol or Kings. I ask so becouse I
have seen that inner conductor is larger gauge than that in RG213.
Also I need know if LMR400 (not Ultraflex) is so flexible to be used in
radio station indoor to connect rig to amplifier and tuner etc.
