[TowerTalk] F12 Balun Repair

Has anyone opened up a F12 balun before.  I just replaced one on my C4XL
with another balun.  Turns out that I have an internal wire break on the
black wire.

If I remember correctly, F12 pots the baluns with some sort of compound
so it may not be worth trying, but thought I would ask anyways.
