[TowerTalk] ZR3 vs. Other Verticals

Hi All:
		I'm a new ham and need advice on choosing an antenna.
 I would like a "low profile" antenna  and have seen
and am interested in the Force 12 ZR3.

Questions:
			Claim #1: ZR3 needs no radials.

			Claim #2: ZR3 was designed to work at 18" to 24"
height.

			Claim #3:  ZR3 is equal or better other multi-band
verticals.

True or false?  Does anybody know how the ZR3 stacks
up to other verticals?  Would it be better to elevate
it greater than 24"?  If so, how would the rise effect
its efficiency.
