[TowerTalk] Rotor tip

Yes, I wish I had not been in such a hurry to get it back up. I didn't have
a pigtail made up to match the socket on the bottom of the rotor. I had the
plug here but didn't take the time to make it up as I thought the weather
was going to go bad on me. The hurrier I go the behinder I get. Will make
one up today!
