[TowerTalk] HDR300 / AS455G Drill Template?

I recently picked up a Hygain / Telex HDR300 rotor.  I now
realize that this rotor is not compatible with the pre-drilled
holes in the Rohn AS455G Accessary Plate.  I was wondering if
anyone has a template that I can use to properly locate and drill
the holes in the AS455G to accommodate the HDR300 rotor?
