      Not to rain on your parade but IMO the TB is totally unnecessary. The 
tapered top provides more than adequate lateral support and any rotator you 
can get inside the 25G will handle any vertical load the tower will take 
without falling over. 

      There, we saved you that tricky alignment and drilling plus the cost of 
a TB3.

       The reason the accessory shelf is not drilled for a TB is that it's 
primarily a rotator mount and is not a top plate for TB mounting.
