[TowerTalk] 9913 Question

I inherited a length of 9913 coax and have only vague knowledge of the 
water-susceptibility issues with it.  Would appreciate help with whether it 
is okay if part of the 9913 run contacts the ground (away from traffic) and 
is potentially under snow, as long as the ends (connectors) are dry and 
high?
