[TowerTalk] Grounding the tower

I'm no engineer of any sort, but I've seen many concrete buildings framed 
with steel girders, some of which were driven into the earth. I would think 
such a building's entire electrical and electro-mechanical compatibility 
systems would be bonded to that frame. So I conclude that the tower should 
connect into that system, too.
Just an opinion/idea to toss for reflection.
