PUt it all together at the base of the tower first to make sure it all fits
together smoothly. Then tear it down to 2 frame sub assemblies...one with 2
side loosely bolted together and the third side.

While reassembling on the desired location, dont make anything tight...just a
litte snug. Reassemble the ring in the frame and add the third roller
assembly to complete. Now make su re the ring turns fairly easily with no
binding and you can start tightening things down while continually checking
for any binding problems with the ring. Once it's all tight, if the ring
still turns freely, you are almost home. Just bolt on the motor assembly,
making sure it is fully meshed with the ring. Then run it around a few times
and recheck.
