[TowerTalk] 80m Buzzsaw

I'm sitting here listening to the "buzzsaw" on 80 mtrs at about 8:30 p.m.
local time in Iowa. . . it peaks northeast of here both on the 4 square and
on the beverages. It is spread out across the first 10 Kc of the band and
is running about S3 or S4 here at the moment (about even or slightly above
the noise level). It's not destructive. . . it probably wouldn't even
prevent a weak DX qso. . . but it's sure an annoyance. I have no idea what
it is.

Looking forward to a good season on the lowbands.

73 to all. . . Dave
