Just an idea...worth what you pay for it!

How about tapping it out to the next screw size and using a machined SS screw.
If you cant find one with a small enough head, you can always grind off the
edge of the head a bit so it'll still fit the strip.  I'm not sure if there is
adequate clearance for the tap, but it might be worth a try.  Also, there are
self-tapping machine screws (maybe a little hard to find at "Home Depot").

I also recommend using crimp spade lugs on the wires so you dont have to try
and wrap those little wires around the screw head.  Just make sure you use the
proper crimp tool and/or you can solder them after you crimp for insurance.
