[TowerTalk] rotator problems

Loosen the mast clamp and turn mast/antenna by hand.
This will tell you if there is a binding problem.
It will also tell you if mast/rotator are aligned as you will see the mast
rubbing unevenly.

Then still with mast loose, run rotator through is limits.

This will give you the idea where the problem is.
