[TowerTalk] Paint Problem Resolved

Tom, KB0MZG, passed along the following. "Try a solution of vinegar and 
water.  75/25 in proportion. This is an old furniture makers trick that was 
used with
varnish." I tried it, and it worked. Hope this information helps other TT'ers 
with similar problems.
