[TowerTalk] 1/4 wave sloper for 40M from N0AH

want to hang a 1/4 sloper from tower towards EU for 40 meters- has anyone 
ever tested this against a 1/2 wave dipole or Inv Vee??  did it play well or 
was it a "L"oser in comparison- or about the same?????  just looking for a 
bit of gain NE ...
