[TowerTalk] CC D40 on 30. Try 1

It was brought to my attention that I used the wrong frequencies in 
explaining my conversion of the D40 to 30 meters. I meant 9.9 mhz and not 6.9 
mhz. I looked the message over 5 times before I sent it and still missed 
that. I guess I was so happy it worked I couldnt see straight.

Ps. Worked a few ja's this morning (not a big deal) and FR5FD (a bigger deal) 
so it appears to be working fine.
