The wind load equation goes far beyond the difference in wind pressure vs. 
wind speed. The tower sections and guy system also add to the wind load of 
the structure and must be accounted for in the analysis. The total proccess 
is quite complex and lengthy which is why the Pros' get the big bucks to do 
it properly.
