[TowerTalk] Loos Tensioner Models

Hello All -

Looking at the Loos Web page, there are two different models of tensioners 
which appear to be appropriate for 1/4" cable use:

90 Model B
PT-2

Does anyone know the differences between these two models, the pros & cons, 
etc.?  The only info on the web page is a photo and the sizes of cables which 
can be accommodated.
