[TowerTalk] 55G Producton Quality

i have always found rohn tower and hdw quality lacking...
biggest anoyance is the zinc plating slag left hanging and ready to pierce
ur hands when wking with the stuff.....

i usually take a hammer and beat the little finger/hand pokers off before
handling much....their common rotor
plate  for r45/55 is another pet peeve....it don't fit well in both types!!
i believe these minor qualthy issues are not well addressed when u have the
"only game in town" !!
ie lack of competition.....don't get me wrong rohn is ok and i use/have used
tons of it over the years but if they ever get serious competition (which i
doubt largely due the the enormous product liability issues)  things wud
change....i hear that an outfit in oregon is now making rohn tower clones so
