[TowerTalk] Tailtwister Problem

I've seen a variation of this practice where the
capacitor placed at the bottom of the tower instead of
at the rotator.  You need to run the two cap wires up
to the rotator but it's a lot easier to check &
replace the capacitor when it's a ground level.
