I have personal experience with the High Sierra mobile screwdriver antenna.

owner/mfgr is a great guy and his prices and service (if ever needed) are
great.

I have a model 1500 on my pickup and work QRP CW almost exclusively.  Have
works numerous countries and all over the states.  Obviously, band
conditions allow GREAT contacts like some of the ones I have had, but have
not had the reliability from any other mobile ant. I have tried.

Give 'em a look and a call, they will answer any questions you may have.
