[TowerTalk] Wind load rating

Hello all,

  I'm in the beginning stages of building my own self supporting tower
and need to find
a source to calculate the wind load rating that it will be able to take.
Does anyone know of a download that can calculate this, or a source I
can go to to have this done?
I'm in south central Pennsylvania and would be willing to travel a
reasonable distance (100 miles or so) if there is an outfit around that
can do this.
