for those of you who can't live a few hours without access to www.arrl.org

go to http://www.arrl.net, which will get you to the same place, and then
instead of clicking on links, look up what the link actually is (in IE you
will need to right-click and select properties).  Manually type the URL,
substituting .net for .org 

This works because ARRL seems to have their DNS server set up so that
www.arrl.net and www.arrl.org point to the same place.  YMMV.
