[TowerTalk] Line Noise Problem

I had a local friend who did just that - called the power company.  They
came out on multiple occasions and made a sincere effort to pinpoint the
noise, saying they would fix it.  Unfortunately, neither the ham nor the
power company could find the source.  The ham moved!  I'm sure your
