Also, make sure the tower doesn't rotate slightly when the concrete is
poured.  When I did my pour in 1992, I was concentrating so hard on
keeping it level I missed that it rotated a few degrees.  Not enough
to matter really, just enough to annoy.  Wore out a pair of pants
kicking myself the next eight years.  :-)
