Do you prefer to settle this issue
in court, or out of court ?

Out of court options are a full refund of
the purchase price including shipping
along with reimbursment of shipping
costs incrued by me in returning the
item to you for unfulfiled warrantee
repair.
A 2nd out of court option is to replace
the Pro-96-S with another model which is
known to be functional and meets your
advertised specifications along with a
refund for the difference in Price.
A 3rd out of court option is to get the
Pro-96-S operational and returned withing
a SPECIFIED reasonable amount of time.

In court options include those listed above
including, but not limited to incidental
expenses incured in getting site ready for
antenna installation and operation as well
as sigificant compensation for punitive
damages.
The Choice is yours. Failure to reply
within 72 hours will result in this
issue being filed in federal court as
advised by my attorney.
