[TowerTalk] Stacking

Hi gang, need some help..

Plan is to stack a C3E above a KLM 2 ele 40m beam. on super heavy
commerical 85 foot tower. No question as to tower handling it..
Does anyone have this combo?

1. Will tailtwister handle it? (70 mph zone)
2. Stacking distance?
3. Mast specs?

This is a great reflector!! So many great helping hams and so much
expertise available.
