[TowerTalk] Prop Pitch Brake Solenoid

You must short out the brake solenoid to prevent the field from keying
the reed relay.
If you don't the control box gets many more pulses and the rotor never
returns to the same direction.
We had this problem with the prop pitch that is turning W6RJ's new 80m
beam.
