[TowerTalk] Water in hole for tower base

I use a submersible pump to pump water from my pond to garden area.
Yesterday I measure 2 gpm.  The pump was purchased at home depot for about
$70.  They had even less expensive ones.  I have used it off & on for three
years with no problems.
