[TowerTalk] 204BA to 17 meters conv

Anyone ever change a 204BA to 17 meters?  Could I have the measurements 
please? I have an old 204 BA and the instruction manual is a copy, some of it 
is hard to read.   Looks like the parts list shows insulators on all the 
element that go the boom BUT DR2.  I can only find 2, so I will need to order 
the others...any help?
