[TowerTalk] Brak-D-Lay time delay question

Hi Steve,

I think almost anything needs more than 4 seconds to settle down, particularly if
a light breeze is blowing...10 seconds seems about right for most of the motion
to stop and unstress the system.  You've been putting up too many C3's
lately...or TV antennas, hi!
