[TowerTalk] OR-2300 Query (2nd Attempt)

After having read all of the recent comments on the brake delay for CDR
rotators, complete with offers of schematics, I'm going to repeat a request
I sent to this group some months ago, in the hope that a reader will have
the information I seek. Thanks for your indulgence. I have already asked
the manufacturer for this information, with no help being provided.

I have an Orion OR-2300 controller which I use to turn an OR-2300 rotator
which I had upgraded to an OR-2800 by the folks at M2. They did a great
job, and everything works quite well. What I wish to add to the system is
an apparently previously available optional unit which plugs into a socket
on the back of the OR-2300 controller.

This unit is a preset control for the rotator, and is used in lieu of the
direction control toggle switch. It has a knob which is turned to a beam
heading, whereupon the rotator turns to that preset heading. Use of the
knob or the toggle switch is selected by a "manual/preset" switch on the
front panel of the controller.

I can't imagine there is too much circuitry in the plug-in box, and what I
would greatly appreciate is the schematic of the plug-in unit, so that I may
construct one for my use. Thanks for any help which any of the TT members
may provide to me.

73, Bob
