Hi Doyle,
Here are a couple of ideas for you:
1) Wrap the fiberglass with a spiral layer of Scotch super 33 electrical 
tape, as a sacrificial layer to intercept UV.
2) Paint the fiberglass with a light gray, flat paint. Light gray tends to 
pick up the surrounding sky colors and blend reasonably well. I used 
indoor/outdoor acrylic spray paint on some PVC standoffs and homebrew 2 
meter quads that I built, that have a mixture of PVC and fiberglass parts.

Any time you put plastic out in the weather, it is a good idea to protect it 
from UV with a sacrificial layer to help it last longer.
