He is also taking advantage of his particular situation with limited real
estate size and his 80m 4 square is suspended from the tower over 160m radial
field/screen.

I think there is a little bit too much of "reasoning" based on simulation
software going on as compared to some practical experiences and results. The
truth will eventually come out and will be confirmed and verified (look in
contest results).
