Hi Gary,

N4UV made a tilt over arrangement for his HDBX-48 
with HG  105BA and HG 155BA antennas.  He built
an A frame, backguyed,  with a pulley on top, and
a winch.  Unfortunately, I don't recall where he made
his attachment.  Believe he used only one point.
He bolted short 2 inch diameter pipes to each leg
and had supports on each side of each leg imbeded
in concrete.  A HEAVY bolt was placed through each
leg.  I'm not sure if he had a second bolt in each leg
to help distribute the load after the tower was erect.
He is no longer active.  I'm not sure if he is still in town.
